Frequently Asked Questions

How much does event rental cost in Houston?

Chairs start at $3, tables at $10 and tents at $150 for a pop up 10x20 or $280 for a 20x20. Complete packages start at $270 and include tent, tables, chairs and tablecloths. Every quote is built around your date, guest count and delivery address, so call 281-636-0615 for a free one.

What areas do you serve?

Houston, Katy, Cypress, Richmond, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Baytown, Tomball, Spring, Humble and Pearland, plus nearby towns such as Fulshear, Friendswood, Alvin and Manvel. Delivery and professional setup are included.

Do you provide delivery and setup?

Yes. Our own team delivers, sets everything up and comes back for pickup. We usually arrive two to four hours before the event, and delivery and pickup windows are confirmed with you in advance.

How far in advance should I book?

At least two weeks, and three or more during peak season: May and June for graduations, October through December for the holidays. Spring and fall Saturdays for weddings go first. We still try to cover last-minute requests when we have availability.

What types of events do you serve?

Weddings, quinceañeras, baby showers, graduation parties, corporate events, birthdays, family reunions, church and HOA gatherings. You can rent single items or a complete package.

What tent size do I need for my guest count?

A 20x20 seats up to 30 guests at tables, a 20x32 seats 50 at tables or 70 in chairs, a 20x40 seats 70 at tables or 100 in chairs, and a 20x60 fits 120 or more. Our West Coast 40x40 seats 128 at round tables. For small gatherings, the 10x20, 10x30 and 10x40 tents cover 16 to 32 guests. The tent size calculator works it out for you in a minute.

What is the difference between a standard and a high peak tent?

Standard frame tents have a low-slope roof and are the most affordable option. High peak tents have dramatic peaked rooflines that feel taller and more elegant, which is why they are popular for weddings: $380 for a 20x20 and $680 for a 20x40. Every tent, either style, is fire-proof rated and waterproof, includes garden lights, and can take removable walls.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

The event goes ahead. The tents are waterproof and we recommend adding walls during rainy months. If the weather forces you to cancel, we handle it case by case — call us as soon as you know.

Can you set up on concrete, a driveway or a parking lot?

Yes. We install on grass, concrete, driveways, patios, parking lots, parks and venues. On hard surfaces we anchor with water barrels ($30 each) instead of stakes. All we need is a flat, clear area of the right size.

What size dance floor should I rent?

Our white 12x12 dance floor ($500) holds 20 to 30 dancers and fits inside a 20x20 tent; the 16x16 ($750) holds 40 to 60 and pairs with a 20x40. Plan for 40 to 50 percent of your guests dancing at the same time.

What chairs do you offer for weddings?

Gold and clear Chiavari chairs are $8 each and come with a white cushion, resin garden chairs are $3, crossback chestnut chairs $12 and elegant wooden chairs $28. Kid-sized Chiavari chairs are $5 and match the adult ones for children ages 2 to 6.

Do you rent linens, lighting and tableware too?

Yes. Tablecloths from $8, chandeliers from $25, 48-foot garden light strings at $50, patio light stands at $125, and a full table setting — charger plate, dinner plate, cutlery, glass and napkin — for about $15.50 per guest. Heaters ($65) and evaporative coolers ($120) are available for Houston weather.

What is included in a package and can I change it?

Basic packages bundle the tent, tables, tablecloths, chairs and garden lights from $270. Deluxe packages add draping, chandeliers and a cake table from $789, and the Royal packages cover 128 guests or a full 40x40 tent, with options that add complete table settings and a backdrop. Any package can be adjusted: add Chiavari chairs, extra tables, a heater or a bigger dance floor.

Is a deposit required, and what is your cancellation policy?

A deposit confirms the reservation and the amount depends on the order total; the balance is due before the event. Cancel seven or more days ahead and the deposit is refunded in full; less than seven days may forfeit it, and same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Weather cancellations are reviewed case by case.

Do you work with corporate clients and event planners?

Yes. We provide W-9 forms and invoicing for vendor registration, schedule setup and pickup around your operation, and work either directly with your team or with your event planner or venue manager.
