How to Build a Complete Place Setting
A full place setting is a charger plate ($3), a dinner plate ($2.25), a cutlery set ($6), a water goblet or wine glass ($3) and a napkin ($1.25) — about $15.50 per guest. For a lighter budget, our disposable plate sets in clear and gold, white and gold or white and silver are $5 each and include the dinner and salad plate, so there is nothing to wash or return.
Buffet Service and Serving Equipment
For buffet-style events, our stainless steel chafers ($45 each) keep food hot from the first guest to the last. Plan roughly one chafer per dish and pair them with 8ft rectangular tables and rectangular tablecloths for the serving line.
